These peculiarities make the VIAPOL MAXI PROJECT MINERAL COLOR membrane resistant to aging and the special compound also guarantees considerable advantages during installation, given the high adhesive capacity
of the same.
All the membranes of the VIAPOLMAXI PROJECT line
partly use recycled raw materials, such as production waste
that is reconditioned and reused instead of being sent to landfills.
In addition, VIAPOLMAXI PROJECT membranes do not contain
hazardous substances and are 100% recyclable.
This results in a significant reduction in the impact
on the environment.
REINFORCEMENT DESCRIPTION
The membranes of the VIAPOL MAXI PROJECT MINERAL line are reinforced with a polyester nonwoven reinforcement stabilized with mesh that guarantees exceptional mechanical, tearing and punching resistance, also guaranteeing excellent dimensional stability.
FR FIRE RESISTANT VERSION
The membranes of the VIAPOL MAXI PROJECT line, called FR Fire Resistant, have the waterproofing mass suitably added with special inorganic and non-toxic flame retardants.
VIAPOL MAXI PROJECT MINERAL FR Fire
Resistant passes the "EXTERNAL FIRE RESISTANCE" test ENV1187, and is classified according to EN13501-5 Broof (t2). It meets the requirements of the circular "Fire Department 1324 of 7/2/2012" and subsequent clarifications of 4/05/2012 regarding the installation of photovoltaic systems on the roof.
FINISHES DESCRIPTION
The membranes of the VIAPOL MAXI PROJECT MINERAL line have a superior surface finish in special slate granules in various colors.
The mineral external cladding can meet the widest needs for performance and longevity with particular attention to the aesthetic need in exposed roofs.
The bottom surface finish is made of "Uptex" polypropylene fabric.

- after applying a dedicated bitu-elastomeric based adhesive (ns ViaMastik)
- flame by means of a portable propane gas burner
- Hot air heat tempering application
- Application for mechanical fastening
