Fields of application: Excellent bonding agent suitable for the waterproofing of concrete coverings and foundations, which are subject to microcracking. Indicated when no bitumen-polymer membranes are used or as alternative to bituminous primer
Application:
Before application, the surfaces to be treated must be dry and clean, free from oily substances and chalking powders.
The product is ready to use, to be applied by roller, brush or spatule. For spray use with airless system, the product is to be diluted with niter thinners or with common solvent based bituminous primer, according to the airless type and to the temperature.
The drying times, after the laying of the membrane, vary according to the type of support, the coating thickness and the temperature.
Yield: approximately 0,4-0,5 kg/m2 per coat. A two coats application is suggested.
We recommend not to exceed the above mentioned consumption, as a non perfect touch drying could occur, due to unevaporated solvent under the coating layer. In fact, the surface dry film is completely waterproof and could obstruct the normal evaporation.
Tools to be cleaned using common synthetic or nitrous diluents.
