The high pressure resistance of the Profond is based on the special geometry of the studs. The fins strengthen the studs and transfer the forces better. The HDPE plastic thus gets a significantly higher mechanical loadability.
Thanks to its high resistance to pressure, Profond, when laid vertically, can withstand the pressure of the soil on the sealing much better. When laid horizontally, the carrying capacity and the stability under load of the studs increases.
Fields of Applications:
- Profond protects foundations from moisture, contribute to the good ventilation of the structure
- Used as an intermediate layer in roof garden construction.
