Voluntary acceptance of the
UNI EN ISO 9001 allows a Company to provide evidence of its ability to be in full control of a Quality System for all its Products and Services. An independent Inspection Body carries out periodic inspections to verify the compliance of all processes and activities to the Quality Systems Procedures.
The introduction of a managerial approach "by processes" has enabled the company to keep under control all of its main activities and their interaction. A vital part of the process is collecting and analysing all incoming intelligence and information in order to monitor the customer's satisfaction level and reach the targets that have been set.
A direct consequence of this new approach is the abandoning of the merely hierarchical logics (that typically characterize the less innovative organizations), focusing on the dynamics of all processes and on how to improve them, and on the achieve and improve results.
Since 1999 VETROASFALTO has a Quality System Certificate according to UNI EN ISO 9001 and in 2018 has obtained the new UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
